Our Ethos

🌳At the Treehouse we make soft play a great experience for the adults too! 

🌳To do this we limit our capacity to 20 and guarantee you a seating area. 

🌳We have two sensory spaces.  Supervision is required at all times in these rooms.

🌈 Friday mornings & Wednesdays are RAINBOW PLAY, a quieter sessions for 5's and under only.

  

Before you arrive

🧦Socks are essential for adults and children.

⭐Please adhere to your session end times.

🍵Play sessions INCLUDE café time. 
🍵Food from home is not permitted. 

🍵We are not able to sell main meals, see our Café menu here.

Booking System

​

🟢Please book the number of children that are playing only, age 8 max, 10 kids max per booking. 

🟢Please check out the 'more information' section of your ticket.  

🟢Under 1's are free with a paying sibling. No need to book them or adults.  

🟢No option to select a play space means we are fully booked.

🟠Please phone ahead if you are bringing extra, unbooked kids, we may not have space.

🟠Same day cancellations can only be refunded with value vouchers for another session.  

 

Extras

🟢Art kits can be hired on arrival for only £3.

🟢Lego can be hired on arrival for a donation only.

Booking a Party

​

🟢2hr and 3hr exclusive hire sessions can be booked below and we recommend booking early to secure your date and preferred time, 10am or 2pm.
